About Him

Started his adventure in film photography around 2011 with the modern classic Pentax Super A, which was an inheritance from his father. He has been trying out a lot of photography technique since then. He is still learning and trying his best to improve his photography skills and to find his own style. All the photos in this blog are captured by yours truly, mostly on film.

Soon-to-be camera lover before photography.

  1. Any reason you striked the Cinestill 800T? Is that film used and you’re working through the list. Good idea. I’ll need to keep track of my films as well, since I’m using various films right now without keeping real track of them. Been shooting some older camera’s where it’s hard to distinguish the differences in film. Portra is high on my list – in a medium format Rolleicord at the moment – since I see consistent nice results from it around internet. Keep up the good stuff. I really like the tones, colors and composition in your photos.

  2. Thanks Arne. Yes, since I already tried (and still have some stock left) the CineStill, I cross it off. I still have a lot of other unknown (and expired) film I’ve wanted to try. Btw, you should keep track of them. I usually attach EXIF data using AnalogExif application. It includes the camera model and lens, film stock as well as the developers involve.
